What do you think happened?

Way back in 2006 when Chris Redfield and Jill found Wesker in the Castle next to a dead Spencer, when Jill pushed Wesker out of the window and plummeted with Wesker how do you think they survived? Did Albert Wesker break thier fall or something and put Jill at gunpoint?

I just need your theories on this?

i read the file about jill on RE5 and it said somewhere that she did hit the ground with injuries but wesker gave her the medical
treatment but only to use her as a test subject.

If they landed on ground from that height then they would be brown bread. Unless Wesker used his super powers?

Dude...duh. Wesker can't be killed just from falling from that height. He fell from a freaking jet into a volcano and didn't even die with weakened powers. He survived, Jill got pwned, he "saved" her.

Well how come Wesker didn't survive the rocket launchers then?

I would also question Chris Redfields intelligence thinking Wesker was dead after the Castle incident.

Regular humans can live after falling out of planes at 13,000 feet. Not one human could live after being shot with a rocket launcher like he did. It's common sense.

the highest any human has fell and survived was 33,330 ft!!

By the way no offense to Chris but I am sure Leon Kennedy is far smarter than he is. After knowing Wesker for 13 years Chris belived he was dead at the beggining of RE5, despite Wesker previously surviving everything else Chris throwed at him.

Well considering that it has already been said by Ada that Leon is a near genius, he probably is more intelligent than Chris. But intelligence, like strength, isn't everything.

Well I guess it ain't so bad for Chris. He has to be quite smart to be in the BSAA plus he has a combination of brain and muscle.

Whoah wait a cotton picking minute here...i feel the need to stand up for the hero here....he never once said that he believed Wesker to be dead, if you listen to him in RE5 the way he states...'Wesker......so you ARE alive' strongly shows that he knew deep down but as with most humans...needed confirmation by sight. Chris has fought Wesker for so long that i don't doubt he ever for one minute believed he died when he fell from the castle...after all he strongly believed Jill to be alive so his trail of thought is logical. As for Leon being that smart one...oh please.....Ada only had to smile at him and he went weak at the knees in RE2...so goo goo eyed over her he even believed she died, plsu some of his zombie encounters leave alot to be desired smart wise.

chris is the stronger one whilst leon would be the smarter one.but overall i prefer chris.not many man would survive what he has gone through

Oh Riot, how biased you are. Let's face facts. Chris really did think Wesker was dead. In the elevator with Sheva when he first heard Wesker's voice talking to Excella, he was shocked. Then when he finally saw Wesker, it confirmed that he was alive to use the voice. Chris saying "So you arealive." doesn't elude to the fact that he knew deep down that he was alive, it just meant that "I heard your voice and now that I see you, I now know you are alive." He also didn't really believe Jill was alive. He was strongly attached to her and was more than likely going through a bit of denial still abouther death, but it wasn't until he saw the file with Jill on it that he had hope of her survival. The real reason he went to Africa was because of the Uruburos rumors. Also, just because Leon is easily swayed by the opposite sex, it has no bearing on his intelligence. After all, the Manson family was composed of very intelligent people, as was Heaven's Gate. They were all swayed enough to take their own lives and the lives of others.

Ok i may be the only one who strongly believes Chris knew Wesker was still alive...come on after all he had been through with Wesker in the past you really think he believes a fall from a god damn window would have put paid to him....give Chris a bit of credit..if he did believe that he would have dispatched Wesker by window a long time ago. As for the Jill thing being denial.....no i think he was thinking logically...he knew from past experiences that Wesker couldn't be dead....so Jill may have also survived by pure chance...after all he's known Jill for years and would know what she was capable of...the flasbacks kinda gave a little jist that he never truly believed she was gone....after all when humans bond with people, when they go through traumatic experiences with other humans they have a little bit of a sense...the kinda of' just knowing' thing. Chris was most likely and is still most likely highly bonded with Jill and therefore 'just knew' she was still alive...it's a tough thing to explain but it does exist....most highly noted amongst husbands, wives and children...a mother can just know something is wrong with her child and a partner can just know something has happened to their partner etc.

As for Leon...well he don't have that grander experience behind him whereas Chris is an old stalewart who has been to hell and back onmany occassions and survived it all.

Weskerbarber when you say Chris has been through a lot, well lets face it he has spent a decade following dead end trails to try and find Wesker, well except for the russian base incident in 2003 and finding him in that castle in 2006.

Well now that I think about Chris really has gone through an ordeal.

I am just wondering as well when Chris found Wesker in 2006 that would have been the first time he saw him since the Island incident in 1998.

You may be right, but the thing is, I have evidence, whereas you only have speculation.

It looked like the Spencer Estate was on a cliff near water, so chances are they fell off said cliff and the water broke their fall for the most part.
As for the Chris/Wesker issue, personally i dont think Chris really believed Wesker was dead either. I can picture Chris nagging his superiors constantly to reopen the file on Wesker, afterall no body was ever found. When he pops up again in Africa, Chris seems less shocked than vindicated - he knew it couldnt be that easy to get rid of him.

When he heard his voice on the talkie, he seemed quite shocked. Vindication came in 5-3 right before the fight.

He was probably shocked becasue I think part of Chris belived Wesker was really dead.

On a side note my Resident Evil 5 game disc froze today because game discs are designed so crap nowadays.

Let me guess. It's the 360 version. Bluray is the "ultimate showdown of ultimate destiny" winner when it comes to reliability. I still don't even have a single scratch (not even the tiniest of ones) on any of my Bluray discs. Too bad the 360 has inferior storage media!!!

Yep I agree. The PS3 version of Resident Evil 5 is probably harder to break.

I recently purhcased Resident Evil Archives for the Wii. I hope that game won't break any time soon?

I really hope there will be a time when game discs will be impossible to break?

Anything that can be made, can be unmade.

Well it seems with game discs they can be unmade at the blink of an eye
