Yay! Finally!

Okay guys, so I finally had that "make you jump" scary moment from an RE game that I have been waiting for! And the winner is... RE2. I was just playing the beginning the other day, and I nearly jumped out of my chair when the waving, undead arms burst through the windows of the station hallway and grabbed me. Only other game that has really made me jump was Doom 3. F.E.A.R. 2 was pretty freaky too, but it never made me jump. Anyway, the experience has only caused me to love the series that much more!

at long last ay.....i remember that moment...one of the best in RE2....as you kinda don't expect it.

No we were joking. But it did make me jump, not really jump, but it got my attention though. As well as the first time I saw the Licker throught he mirror, and in RE3 there was the part where the crows pop out through the window on one of the buses that is piled up on other cars in the city.

lol, yeah, those crows were extremely sudden.

other then the zombie arms in the hall way the only other time i was like what the hell was with them damn chainsaw guys. everytime i see one as i progress i scream like a girl trying to run and get a better advantage to kill them

I don't like how the ones in RE 4 are called Dr. Salvador. I mean... Why can't they just be named chainsaw ganados? I'm hereby naming all chainsaw majini "Prof. Tutu".

"Salvador" is savior in spanish, so the chainsaw Majini should be called something like "Prof. Verlosser" (Dutch)

Why didn't they just call him Jesus then? As I recall...that's a Spanish name too.

Yeah, they got Lazy in RE5, they just called all their enemies "#### Majini" except the plaga.

Maijini means evil spirit in swahli language...i like it...it has a ring to it.

Of course i never call my chainsaw maijini by their names...i always seem to use alot of swearing

Mind you i got a very scary moment out of 5 a few days ago involving a chainsaw maijini....in the oilfield depot i twisted the valve and waited for him to come running up the stairs to the gate and do his little chainsaw routine of slicing the lock open so i stood right next to the door and got my magnum out ready to put a cap or two in his ass pretty quick when instead he appears on the platform right above my head, jumps off, lands over the gate trapping me in as he's meant to cut it open and ends up right in my face and before i could raise my gun to shoot he lops my head off.....it gave me a god damn heart attack as i was so not prepared for that lol.

That chainsaw majini is supposed to appear up there.

Yeah but mine normally runs up the stairs and then chainsaws the gate open......or he jumps donw and lands behind the gate and then chainsaws it open (diferent each time)....this time however he jumped and somehow landed over the gate...now that gate needs to be chainsawed open to get out but because he didn't do it i became stuck and had to restart....second time round he lands behind the gate as usual....nice little fluke there that stops ya from progressing further...cheers for that Capcom lol.
