What next? Remakes of 5, 6, and 7 too? CV needs one more than 4. Especially since these two (Albert and Cris) have spent six years doing what Capcom should have done for the "Ultimate HD" release of 4 back in 2014.

Yelling each other's names in dramatic fashion?

Ha, you could say that. During their trips all over Europe gathering data for the best possible textures.

RE3 was pretty underwhelming. I fear RE4 will be the same. But I honestly see no major reason to remake that game anyway. Just because some pussies whine that the controls are outdated, they ask for it to be remade to their liking. Jesus. It's only 15 years old.

RE4 also wrecked the franchise by taken it in a more action based direction. But hell. The game sold well enough. But I feel like Capcom is just milking the franchise at this point.

The umpteen re-releases there's been over the past two console generations notwithstanding.

Regardless of how much one dislikes RE4, there's no doubting its popularity among fans of the series. In any case, the series is a cash cow and Capcom is in a profit-based business. If RE remakes are what people want, it's what Capcom should give them. Business 101, Peter. We're all free to take our money elsewhere if we don't like that.

RE4 is the reason all of these third person action horror games exist. Remaking it would be stupid. But I'm a complete and utter tool, so what would I know?
