Your most anticipated games

I'm amazed there's no such topic already ?? It's nice to find people who are waiting for same games, maybe you even end up playing with them online (in case it's possible) !

So, list your most anticipated games ! It can be in order, from this or next year, any genre and console !
If you dare to you can add a little story why some particular game is interesting you.


I'll start by listing my top 5 !

1. Diablo 3 - 15th May 2012
I have played Diablo 2 for around 8 years. A couple of years ago me and ppl I played with decided to 'retire' (you never 'quit' after that many years, you always call it 'retirement'). We all agreed to stay in touch through forums so we could come back and form same team in Diablo 3. This game won't be just another epic experience of good MMO, but reunion with my friends aswell !

2. Final Fantasy Versus XIII - TBA
Im big FF fan so no further explanation required !

3. Resident Evil 6 - 20th November (rumour ?)
It's below FF because so far trailers haven't really set me on fanatic blazes. Still got high hopes about it.

4. Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance - TBA
A huge leap from former parts of the serie with Raiden as main character. One of my favourite series and I'm absolutely gonna get it !

5. Tomb Raider - TBA
One of my favourite game series from childhood. However, upcoming TR is going to be something entirely different. Trailers looks amazing and it seems to be more survival than former TR games. More narrow areas, more darkness, more.. thriller ?

Fuck cant believe I forgot GTA 5. Also looking might get Tomb Raider if the reviews are good.

You really like GTAs ? I felt like I've seen entire serie after playing first two of them, like the game doesn't really change. Guess I could give GTA5 a shot then.

The search thing is bugged as hell. You need to use only one word to get it to work, like "anticipated".

You should try them, there's still alot of good elements in ! Sure FFXIII was quite linear till the end but still worth completing !
Versus looks amazing, at least cinematics, and the battle system is brand new. Interesting change this "free world battle" or whatever it should be called.

Where do you live btw ? Anywhere near any Gamestop ? They sell used ones for cheap and they also take used games in as an exchange.

After buying ORC, Downpour, SH HD collection, RE2 and 3 on PSN, this year there is no games apart from maybe Hitman Absolution that im anticipating.

I live in such a small town that I don't have a chance of even seeing a game store without driving for hours I buy most my games online. The other thing is time, I don't have enough of it to start playing many time consuming RPGs.

Bioshock Infinite - It looks good and better be a step up from that crap Bioshock 2.

Bioshock 2 was pretty good. Not as good as 1 but still awesome.

It was okay, I thought it was a major step down from the first one though. Either way, I'm excited for this one, looks pretty good.
