Doom, Doom 2, Doom 3 and Final Doom all started on PC before getting ported to consoles. Doom 64 was, as you might have guessed, a Nintendo 64 game. There was, also, Doom RPG. Good luck getting something that will work on as well as a copy of it. IT was a cell phone game from before this age of smart phones, and it was a pretty darn good one.

PC is the original "console" for Doom games :PPretty much every single one aside from Doom 64 and Doom RPG.

Oh nice! I was completely unaware of that. I honestly prefer PC. I will keep my eye out for these on eBay while I finish my RE collection.

Actually the first Doom games are freeware now and go by the name of Doom'95. Here's a download link: http://doom-95.en.softonic.com/

It includes Doom, Doom 2 and Final Doom, which consists of TNT and Plutonia.

Just a heads up. Final Doom will beat your ass. It is brutally difficult, especially on ultraviolence

PFt. That is the wussy version. It was intentionally made easier. LEvels and enemies were removed entirely

I think it removed the infamous Arch Vile maze. That level is brutal

Arch Viles are the worst...if you can't spam the Rocket Launcher.

Killing Archviles is not the problem. Living long enough to kill them is the problem. Most of the time, if they hit yo uwith their fire attack, you will die.

Did they really remove it from that version? It was the most adrenaline filled place in the game (as if it needed any more of that).

I think they might have removed the archvile entirely. there were a not of changes to that version of the game to make it easier than the PC original
