These are ants for sure. And they are everywhere. These are about 1cm long so they're not that big anyway. And they have wings you say? The only things with stingers (as far as I know) we have are bees, bumblebees and various wasps. We also have horseflies and oh boy do they bite hard. This just from top of my head, the biggest ants we have are carpenter ants. They, too, can sprout wings and are about 2cm long and thick as a beetle. Thank god those are pretty rare. |

There are ones that are required to be healthy, as they help muscle function, cellular function, and stop common cramps. But the salt i'm referring to, the kind you can find in a takeaway store or in the sea, are extremely dehydrating. |
