Yes I would love to see some more of that. I wouldn't have expected them to split up like they did after so much stuff to find eachother, but I guess they just like to be difficult.

Nothing beats Jill and Carlos.

But I would like to see some different pairings, like Jill and Leon, Carlos and Claire, Chris and Ada, Chris and Leon, Claire and Jill, etc..

But as far as they go development-wise, Capcom seems to focus on having a male-female pairing in every game.

RE1: Jill & Barry; Chris & Rebecca
RE2: Leon & Claire
RE3: Jill & Carlos
Etc., etc..

I agree! I've liked the idea of Wesker and Jill as partners before RE5 came out

Great idea for a thread! If I had my druthers I'd like to have Ada and Billy Coen as a team...I think that might be interesting. I wonder what ol' Billy is up to these days...kinda surprised that they just dropped him as a character. I guess he's had to stay in hiding.

Another interesting pairing would be Carlos and Ada. Imagine the one-liners they'd have for each other...

Hmmm, but the novels aren't in the same canon as the games, so although it would be nice to know, when they finally decide in RE6 or whenever it could be completely different.

I personally haven't read any of them, but I have heard good things.

They may stick to the RE universe, but there are more than one RE universe, like the movies stick to their RE universe.

From what I understand Perry has taken a few steps to make the novels her own, little things like name changes, I believe it was Nicholai Ginovaef who had his last name changed in he RE3 novel...

Ive didnt read them but for me he flew out of USA,he's an "outlaw",he probably went to south america(or hiding somewhere in europe).
