Svetlana Belikova

Warning:Spoiler alert for those who haven't watched RE Damnation.
So what do you think of Svetlana?Like her?Hate her?



Personally,I'm impressed - Svetlana managed to break so many cliches in one appearance, like:
-all female villains wear revealing clothing(Ada,Jessica,Excella);
-all female villain act seductively or have severe delusions of grandeur(cough...Alexia...cough);
-the president is always a man(that's in 99,9% of the games);
-a middle aged business woman can't fight(this isn't really a cliche,but when was the last time you saw a business woman in a fight?!);

Svetlana has 3 of qualities that I respect the most,not only in women,but in men too - she's very diplomatic, serious and very rigid.
She always keeps her cool - she's rather polite to her enemies,but if they provoke her - there's no forgiveness.
She showed high military combat skills - being a military instructor explains how she managed to beat both Ada and Leon so easily.Let's face it - only the best of the best become instructors .On top of that she was only dodging.

In short - to me she's an interesting character,cliche free(except that blondes are evil XD) and I hope that she will appear in the games too.

What I would like to know is how she received that huge scar on her back.

At least she was wearing one,unlike Excella And it's not like she was walking around with just a bra

I really liked her, her accent was a little forced though- but that's on the voice actress' part. Ladies in video games are mostly porcelain clean and pure with the skin. She has a scar on her back- And that scene where it was exposed with her bra, I felt like she wasn't so cliché at all- Like the impression you would get if a man was stood there with a scar on the back.

Cool character.

Aside from the fact that she's an evil arse who uses to her strenghts for those kind of things, i actually in some ways respect her and think she's kick-arse.
But apart from that, yea i think she's pretty evil.

Was gonna say that. But yeah, she was cool enough. She was technically the main antagonist, but not reallly a main villian.

@Voltius, you make a lot of sense. I didn't give her that much though, but I bet that's what happened.
