How many miles was there between the Arklay Mansiona and the Umbrella Tranining Facility?

If you have played Umbrella Chronicles in the part where Billy and Rebbecca are looking over the mountain at the Spencer Mansion you can see smoke in the distance from where the training facility blowed up so it can not be that far away from the mansion?

i would say about a two mile from each other, however all that underground stuff in both the labs would make it probably very close to each other
