Those are classic.

One of the best from RE5 is "What manner of beast is this?" That's not how most people would react if they saw a six-foot cochroach coming at them.

Maybe it's just me, but I think that RE4 is funny for the things that are not said. Outside of the cutscenes, Leon says nothing to Ashley except "Run," "hide," and "follow me." I understand that they would want to be quiet at times, but a little small talk wouldn't have hurt. Even when she asks if he's okay, he says nothing. I'm surprised that this doesn't piss her off and she slaps Leon yelling "Listen to me dammit, I'm the president's daughter!" And it doesn't deal with quotes, but I find it hilarious Leon's willingness to leave Ashley totally by herself, like when he goes into the lava room in the castle.

Gameplay is not canon so we don't really know what they talked about outside of the cutscenes.
