Resident Evil the Musical... Again.

So uh... I just read about this. Apparently there's going to be a musical based on the franchise now, coming out this year. No idea what it's gonna be about, my Japanese is a bit rusty. What I mean is that Japanese translates terribly through google. Is this tied to the "to be continued" at the end of the stage play? Is this an adaptation of an already existing thing? Or is this a completely new thing? No idea.
