Wesker Mode is the name of the new thing. Sadly it's not Albert's story from Umbrella Chronicles retold here but a completely noncanon extra mode. Canonicity aside, it looks like fun.

That actually looks pretty sick, and it sounds like my man DC Douglas is voicing Wesker. That or they just took sound bites from RE5.

Looks awesome! i hope Capcom makes a whole game based around this idea (superpowers) at some point. @Ghost Leader Yeah i think he did LoL, and he also seems to have super speed, i wonder what other powers he has?. Btw i got a minor nit pick "Powered by Uroboros" looks like regular Wesker to me, "powered by prototype virus".

I think she is sporting the same red bug device that was used to mind control Jill in RE5. Even her outfit looks a little bit similar to Jill's battlesuit.

I don't think it's P30, just for the fact that Jill's eyes didn't change color when she was under mind control. Though when Ashley and Leon was subject to mind control it was Las Plagas and their eyes did change.
This is all up in the air though, since this game-type isn't even canon.
So Mass, you were right, as usual. It was so dark I couldn't see the P30 on her chest, but Capcom just released concept art and it's clear that it's one in the same.
Her suit even looks akin to Jill's RE5 battlesuit, I thought it Rebecca was wearing like a hostess uniform.

I'm really happy they decided to do this, i just wish they would add a co-op online mode to the game. I really hated the switching bs and the no chests bs. It's what put me off the most about the game. But playing as Wesker is definitely the fan service thing to do! They know we are pissed off that

Wesker's dash power reminds me of when they added super spin in Sonic 2 for the Mega Drive/Genesis. It added a really good new dimension to the game.

Wesker replaces Billy in the main game. I was under the impression that it would be a totally different mode.

That's what they said it was to begin with. The same thing, just with you playing as a super powered Wesker.

What's the difference besides model changes? More health for Wesker? Higher chance of headshots? Weapons?
