| Are you perhaps taking inspiration from RE3.5? If this mod makes it into its final stages, I might have to get the PC version of RE4 from a Steam sale.

| Yes, am taking inspiration from the beta version of resident evil 4. For the name "Distant Memories", you know the game "Dead Space"? The protagonist discovers that the girl was dead and then what he saw were hallucinations. The story is similar in this project, but with the daughter, closed in the hospital. "Sorry for the bad english, I'm using google translate" |

Cool to know. I was just wondering because there was a similarly named RE2 mod project in the works about a year ago but I think it may have gotten the axe in the end. Considering past problems with google translate you're doing fine. |

That's what I had at first thought.
I did get the axe but didn't get the axe if that makes sense.
It's dead for now but they plan on going back to it when they have spare time from their outside lives.
I can remember DXP saying they are keeping it alive but just now it's at a halt and may not be worked on for a few years.
Hopefully they release the source code or outsource all the work they have done to other reputable modding teams, so they can finish Team96's vision.
@DeathShadow - Game looks pretty good for a pre-alpha, really loving the whole Resident Evil 3.5 vibe it has going on.
Has a real dark tone and looks like it might be chilling.
Are you planning on doing alpha and beta tests for the game ?
Would love to give it a go and give you a descriptive and highly detailed feedback on what needs fix, bug finds etc.
