This is the closest we're ever gonna get to a "fourth" Clock Tower. It's from Hifumi Kono, the series' director, and is a spiritual successor to the series. You even get to see the scissorman in the trailer! Other people working on it are Mashiro Ito, the creature and design artist from Silent Hill, and Takashi Shimizu, the director of Ju-On (Grudge).
Technically this wouldn't even be the fourth game in the series, even though the numbering system would suggest so. There already was an official fourth game, either First Fear or Ghost Head, depending on where you're from, and a previous spiritual successor, Haunting Ground.

Remember, the Scissors Man's only weakness is Deli Ham.

Seen AlphaOmegaSin doing a review and showcase of the game. It look amazing, staying true to the original mechanics which I love. The fact its like a point and click (well by the looks of it, it's more of move your mouse and the character follows) and the fact that the game is a little choppy and slow only adds to the horror that the original had. That was a very slow paced game and trying to get away from the scissor walker was honestly the most scariest experience of my life. It's like a sick game of hide and seek. I'm totally hyped for this to be released, can't wait to be shocked to my core with this title. One I'm defo going to be doing a LP on, I want my horror caught on camera haha !

Man, I haven't touched CT in years. I remember playing it a lot back in 2004. Yesterday, I contributed to a survival horror wiki and added an entry for the third game.
