PS3 RE4 and Code V bundle question

Does anyone know when you buy the RE4 and Code Veronica bundle for PS3 in the Sony store that they are the full games?
The reason i ask is because I saw on the single games the title shows the name as "Code:Veronica X full game"
Anyone know what the difference is?

They are full games, there are no trial editions.

Trial/demo versions of games don't cost a penny.
