Your honest opinion of Operation: Raccoon City

As all you guys already know, Operation: Raccoon City is finally out and has been for over a week now. I wanted to know straight from you guys how you feel about it. I've heard mixed reviews. I've heard it's okay and I've heard it's downright bad. Be completely honest and don't be biased because it's an RE game. If it's as okay as it sounds I don't think it's worth shelling out $60 for it. If there's ever a significant price drop that's the only time I'd consider buying it. Anyway, how did it turn out?

it's ok but the fact that you can kill leon and clair is mess up but regardless it's good.

i think its fucking amazing besides the killing leon i think that's a load of shit if you ask me oh and Claire i didn't like her much in 2

It was excellent AND WTF MASS WHEN DID YOU BECOME A MODERATOR

The Price will drop. This time next year you could get it for half the price it is now. My biggest dissapointment is online. Its absolutely horrible. To kill another player takes a full magazine or more and its just too hard. The Campaign mode is great so far for me. Its great being in places like The Raccoon city Hospital or the Raccoon City graveyard and great seeing Characters like Birkin, Nicholai, Nemesis etc. I dont mind the AI so overall the game gets a 7/10 for me.

I didn't like it that much.

Indeed it does for some guns. And im talking about fellow online players btw not zombies.

I really liked it, and it's just unpolished.

And why are you complaining that you can kill Leon? A lot of RE games have multiple endings. Just don't kill Leon.

Personally, I try to kill him most of my runs just because I hate Leon and I think he's overrated.

I think the game is really mediocre and forgetable.

I was actually going to say this when I first popped in here but didn't. All I'm going to say now is that I found it slightly disappointing and not what I was expecting at all. It's ok though but wasn't worth reserving and paying what I did for it.

Why is everyone saying that killing Leon and Claire is so bad? It's the best part of the game. It affirms you that this doesn't have anything to do with Resident Evil. Also it's just fun. I bought the game thinking I was going to kill Leon from the beginning. I mean, that's what they advertise.

I'll never ever kill Claire, but Leon....

Aside from it being a terrible resident evil game, the campaign is a glitchy unfinished mess and i hate the huinters in the game for being the cheapest theyve ever been in any game. The multiplayer is a redeeming factor but still can get very frustrating because all you need to do it trap someone in a corner and melee them to death.
