RE main series play through

I just finished a lot of work for college and I found myself with some free time, I was thinking about playing through the RE main series and finish on RE5, mainly because I have recentelly got a hold on the RE series for gamecube and also because I only played RE5 once...these are the games:

RE0 (gamecube)
REmake Chris game (gamecube)
RE2 Leon b scenario (gamecube)
RE3 (gamecube)
RECVX (gamecube)
RE4 (gamecube)
RE5 (xbox360)

I'm thinking about recording it, maybe for a playthrough, if I can I will record my voice for a Lp, but I'm not very excited about that

Play them all on their hardest difficulty, and when you get to RE5, don't use unlimited ammo. I would watch that.

Mash, you do realize he is starting with 0 right? Just as well to quit while your behind lol.

I'm gonna play them on normal difficulty, 0 in hard would made me quit right away, haha

I was about to say that . Zero on hard is deadly. I did it.

RE5 on Pro would also be excruciating without unlimited ammo.

If you decide to make an LP, please, don't use a camcorder or anything like that.

I haven't played RE0 yet, so I don't know how hard it is.

Are you gonna play through and record the side games?

Maybe 4th survivor and Separate Ways, I don't have the RE5 dlcs, but I think I can get the gold edition

The RE5 storyline isn't complete with Desperate Escapes, although that one I would recommend first playing on normal.

i will plug the console's rca cable to a dvd recorder, I'll record my voice separately and sync it with the timecode, but I will do that when I'm finished, first I will upload just the play throughs

I have one also, but if you want a good quality capture it takes like 10gb per captured hour, at least that's what my card does. BTW, I finished the first disc of RE0

You can edit the video in something like Sony Vegas or the basic Movie Maker and it makes the file smaller. I usually only do 10 to 15 minutes long episodes anyway.

This is similar to what my story marathon is going to be.

Except I won't be recording any of it and won't be playing RE0 (I'm leaving that plot to UC).

But why? RE0 is canon.

It is, but I consider it's plot more of a side story, and since UC will be the game that shows a bunch of side stories in the marathon, I'll be saving that game's plot for UC. I don't want to start the whole thing with characters that will (sadly) not be very recurring in the story. I want it to start out with Chris, Jill, and Wesker in the classic Mansion setting. All of the details are in that thread.

Plus, I really hate the idea of marathoning RE0. It's the only one I don't know the blueprints of, so I would be up all night playing it. I would much rather marathon all of the game that I'm totally familiar with.
