| I must say that this fan-made movie was totally worthwhile! http://www.megamanfilm.com/If you are going to check this out, please remember that this is a no-budget film. I like Megaman and I'd say that if you are a Megaman fan, you should check this out. It's really well done for a fan flick. My earlier post: - Methsia wrote:

Have you guys seen Far Cry? It was about shooting demons with guns. Oh God, not Uwe Boll D: I combined these two so it wouldn't be double posting |

| I swear... The person who wrote this article must have something broken in his head. Either that or he was joking, which he seemingly isn't. Within the following link is an article called "5 Video Game Movies that weren’t terrible". [link]Now, while I do agree that the PoP movie was pretty sweet, the rest don't seem to make any sense. Mortal Kombat, while it is a fun movie, is still considered a "bad" movie by most. The first RE movie was kinda meh but why, oh dear Christ WHY is House of the Dead and Dead or Alive on that list?! While I still haven't seen House of the Dead for the fear of my eyeballs melting of the horribleness, Dead or Alive is by far one of THE worst movies I have ever seen. After watching it with a friend we both were in shock of how absolutely bad it was. Seriously, where's Silent Hill on that list?! Even Doom would have done better than DoA!

| I just checked his list of VG movies to avoid (linked at the end of the article). While it does include the notorious Double Dragon and Bloodrayne, it for some God forsaken reason includes Hitman, Doom and Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within. While those might not be the best movies ever made they are still massively better than DoA and HotD.
This guy makes less sense than a panda riding a go-kart. |

| I didn't see house of the dead, but I thought all those movies kind of sucked major ass.
For the record, I didn't like Prince of Persia. |

| House of the dead....oh bloody hell you think that's bad what about Alone in the Dark and its sequel? The first RE movie is still my fave out of the bunch but I prefer the book version mainly because it fills more storyline than the movie does(like most books do anyway) I had no problem with Hitman, Final Fantasy the spirits within was a great cgi film but as a FF film utter crap apparently I honestly had no problem with it.
Doom was not bad....could have being a lot better, Silent Hill to this day is my fave game to movie though.

| I have this fixation that I have to see every single videogame to movie adaptation, especially if they're A) based on a fighting game, B) based on a horror game or C) based on a game franchise I'm interested in.
I think it would be easier to count the ones I haven't seen rather than the ones I have seen.
By far, there hasn't been a single animated videogame movie that I wouldn't have liked. Don't remember much of the Art of Fighting and Fatal Fury movies so at least those must not have been too memorable. |

| I wasn't big on Tomb Raider but Silent Hill was done very well. Although there were numerous differences that are easy to point out it stayed fairly true to the original game straight down to Pyramid Head. Dude was HUGE! And oh so awesome dragging the great knife behind himself. |

If by original game you mean the first Silent Hill (on which the movie is mostly based on anyway), Pyramid Head never appeared in that one. |

I know, but what I mean by that is that they stayed true to Pyramid Head himself, they didn't alter him or anything(like the Bubble-faced Nurses). He was still big, scary, dragging the great knife behind himself and made you want to run away in fear of him. I know he wasn't there until SH2 but still! And besides what he did to Anna... Gah! |
