Leon Kennedy - Nikolaj Coster Waldau
Ashley Graham - Felicity Jones (w/ her hair dyed a natural blonde. I always thought Ashley in an RE4 film would be a bit older; mid twenties)    
Luis Sera - Benicio Del Torro
Ada Wong - Bae Do-ona
Albert Wesker - Christian Bale
Cheif Mendez - Jason Momoa
Jack Krauser - Ralph Fiennes

I couldn't think of anybody for Lord Saddler :/

I don't know why but I would see Anthony Hopkins making a good Saddler. Maybe it's just the whole Hannibal vibe but I think he could pull it off.

Totally! I had Red Dragon on the mind, that's why I picked Ralph Fiennes for Krauser. Hopkins would look pretty wicked with some silver eye contacts (as Saddler)
