If I managed to digest Shadowrun (it's terrible, and my parents obviously were punishing me) and (for a short period of time) the first Outbreak, I can (more than likely) do it again.

They can't make US based servers for a reason...they haven't got the packet data from the US servers that Capcom had, the only reason they have the Japanese ones now is because they had the JPN server packets to study. They are looking for anyone that may have the US packet data so who knows what will happen...i'm just glad that we have at least the JPN servers up and running again.
