| So it would seem everyone's favorite talking dog, Brian Griffin, might really be dead. What are your thoughts on this development? Do you think it's for real or do you think there's a plot afoot? |

| Yep, Brian was hit by a car and died at the vet. Stewie had destroyed his time machine after messing up the future... again... and couldn't rebuild it to go back in time to save him.
Brian's last words were: "You've given me a wonderful life. I love you all."
A lot of fans are upset and refusing to watch the show any longer. |

| I'm a little shocked and yes it might cause a rift in the Family Guy world. That being said if it really does effect views so much they have the assets there to just easily bring him back. However after a while they don't bring him back into the show I think people will get over it. I mean look at South Park, Kenny's departure did sting a little but they got over it and it never really affected the show. Both south park and Family guy have become a little stale now anyway so I doesn't really bother me either way. Just means if Family Guy is in decline then that will give them the time to make more American Dad episodes. I've personally been enjoying American Dad for some time now, I find it equally, if not funnier than Family Guy. |

| For a while I was in the Hate Family Guy camp, before I use to enjoy it, but then came a point where I couldn't laugh throughout a single episode, so I stopped watching. This does seem interesting though, DC Comics did the same thing to Superman, only that they brought him back shortly after and when that happened everyone flipped their shit and hated DC for pulling their entire fanbase from under the rug. |

| Never was fan of Family Guy, The only awesome character (for me at least) is Stewie. Well if i "survived" Death of Shane and then Merles even and remained loyal to the show, guess im fine with death of Brian. Plus i agree with Vandal doubt that they will keep him dead. |

| I'm thinking that they may have 3 episodes of grief, then a 2-part episode about them trying to bring back Brian. |
