Some of saying this is the strongest storm ever recorded. The Philippines was hit pretty hard, at least 1200 dead.

I'm not sure how bad the cities were hit but the rural areas got completely decimated. I always hate hearing about nature disasters. The only thing you can do is run and hope your house is still standing when you get back.

And that is simply another reason I live in Maine. We get the least of any Natural Disasters...except snowstorms. We get all of those.
