We'd have to wait and see what casinos they decide to put in first, since it's unlikely they'd just remake GTA3 era LV's casinos.

Tell me what i need to know what makes its so bad ass that i should get into it. I know Nothing, i played alittle of gta 4 and i played San Andreas that's it.

Story-wise, you basically start out as a petty street criminal and work your way to the top. But the most fun thing about it, at least to me, is that you aren't constrained by the flow of the story, you can pretty much just do whatever you want until you decide to continue on. Wanna pick up a friend and go see a comedy show? You can. Wanna take a girl out on a date? You can do that, too. Wanna go on a violent rampage because you're pissed off? Well, lock and load. GTA IV had two different endings and when I got to the final story mission, I wasn't really sure what I wanted to do, so I basically just messed around doing minigames and such for a week until I'd decided.

That's GTA in a nutshell, I guess. Hopefully that's the answer you were looking for.

GTA Online looks incredible.
I'm seriously confused as to how it will work though.
I'm thinking there's one open free-world with mission highlights like on single player.
Then there are apartments and shit. No idea how this will work, but I trust Rockstar. Who doesn't?

I could have worded that better. I know it will work. The general idea is incredible. I'm curious as to how players will interact in this MMO-like world. Like how will apartments work? Can anyone enter your apartment? Do you have to invite people, etc. Are there multiple free roam servers or just one? That's what I meant.

I'm sure there will be multiple servers since only 16 people can be in one at a time. I'm hoping there will not be private servers where badmins can kick you whenever they feel like it.

That would ruin the whole experience. Getting kicked from servers doesn't sound like the right option. They mentioned that there will be penalties for being a dick and blowing up other player's cars constantly, but to what extent, we don't know yet.

One of the main reasons I love GTA online is because I can be a complete dick and get hella hate mail lol.

Just look at Liberty City in GTA IV and compare it to Liberty City in GTA III and LCS. Dukes and Broker instead of Portland, Algonquin instead of Staunton Island, Alderney instead of Shoreside Vale. Francis International Airport is on the complete opposite side of the map. Where are the GTA III criminal organizations like the Diablos, Yakuza, and Colombians?

GTA IV onwards is a different continuity from the PS2 games.
