So far I've only got a few good ones. They're not necessarily my favorite moments in the games but I do like them.

The one with Carlos and Jill made me Lol the first time I saw it in RE3. I believe you can only see it if you make a certain choice on the rail-car train-like thing. Between jumping out the window or pressing the emergency break. Honestly, I'd rather press the break, then jump out at those speeds. And Jill did it in a mini-skirt?

And I hate RE2 Sherry. Her and E.E. can go play in traffic together.

Basically you need to record footage or what not, take out all the frames in the segment you want to use, covert the frames in a GIF in Photoshop ..... you know what, look up how to make GIF animations. If your to lazy to Google then here is a video I picked at random. I'v watched through it and the method the guy is using is simple to understand and straight to the point, enjoy.
