| Before you say it, this idea IS NOT derived from the unlockable Regina costume in RE3, but rather from my own assumptions from playing Dino Crisis, which I played BEFORE RE3. Have any of you guys ever noticed the physical similarities between Jill Valentine and Regina (from Dino Crisis 1 & 2) and wondered if maybe there was some sort of quiet relationship between them? Here's a comparison...   Now, it's true there is a big time gap between the beginning of the RE and DC sagas (RE started in 1998 & DC started in 2009), but if you work the numbers, Regina would have been 11 or 12 at the time of the first three RE games (RE, RE2, & RE3), which is also ironically how old Sherry was in said games. So in conclusion, it is possible, however unlikely, that Jill and Regina might have some sort of familial connection, such as maybe being aunt and niece, cousins, or maybe even sisters (Jill would have been 11 at the time of Regina's birth)? Anyway, this is all theoretical, as I've never found anything on it other than fans' individual opinions, so please don't hate me for bringing up. |

| mmm dino crisis and resident evil are of the same director (shinji mikami) and of the same companie (capcom) and i think maybe thats the explicacion but your comentarie is very interesing (i am a big fan of dino crisis games 1 and 2) maybe you are right but we cant know |

| That is interesting but and in Japan the Dino Crisis games are a part of the Gun Survivor Series, which includes Resident Evil Gun Survivor & Gun Survivor 2: Code Veronica, Dino Crisis 3 is next and then RE Dead Aim. So who knows, but since the games stories aren't related, I would have to say nay.  |
