He´s right, and in real life Leon would´ve been burned the hell by those lasers in RE4, when he did the gravity defying superjump to escape them. Stop hatin´, its like your going out of your way to diss RE5.

This was the best response you ever posted and you're right. I also agree with 00 too, the laser scene was bad ass, but just as unbelievable as boulder punching. Seriously, I would've loved to see Leon try to dodge the lasers in the first RE movie .

Also, I think Capcom made Chris that muscular to appeal to western gamers. It's like they have this illusion that Americans want characters built like 80's Hollywood action heroes. I hated his physic in 5 and am glad he has a better looking buid in 6. He just doesn't look right with all that muscle mass imo.

There is no shame in Chris pumping a bit os steriods in an attempt to bulk up and take on Wesker. But we all know the only reason he had gigantic arms in RE5 was because some geeky idiot from Capcom thought it would be 'awesome'

i dont think he bulked up to fight wesker
i think he bulked up for 2 reasons,because he wanted to get stronger(and he has the discipiline to train
extremely hard like VERY few people have) and for his job has well

i think they should have made his arms a litle bit swaller,but the rest was ok

As for the topic, the steroids argument was merely made up by people who didn't like Chris' new physique and there's nothing whatsoever in RE5, or any other RE game, to base it on.

If Chris is on Steroids than lets point the finger at all the other bulky characters in video game history.

I laugh every time boulder punching is mentioned

Leon runs from boulders while Chris punches them. This would be cool if...

A sentient boulder is heading towards Leon, and then Leon leads it to Chris as a surprise attack and the boulder rolls away after realizing Chris was the one that punched his brother into lava.
