The Tyrant from REmake did it for me.

dont know really but i remember when i first played Re. i though id killed the tyrant in the lab, then he busts throught the god damn roof. that shit me up lol

Nemesis. Seriously, that guy is relentless. Hypnos is also a really disturbing adversary.

I must say, I haven't yet fought Thanatos and I'm pretty scared to battle him as I hear it's a really tough fight.

also the twitching was a nice effect.

pluto though, it wasnt the entrance so much, it was during the fight, that fat tub of lard running at me so fast was pretty intense.

I like the classic T-001 and T-002. I feel like a creep cuz they're the mainstream naked Tyrants XD

Nemesis for sure. Especially how Jill had to watch Brad die in front of her eyes. The T-002 made the best entrance though he's iconic.

Idk if any of them provoked that reaction, but the Prototyrant and Pluto each looked pretty freaky.

proto had that weird twitchy thing, while pluto's fat ass was well...fat, and quick. nice boss fight.

Pluto was pretty freaky, but if I am going off of first time playthroughs.. no one can touch good ole Nemmy. I was only 11 when first playing re3 with no idea what to expect.. and the fact that when you first see him, he is murdering a known character and YOU have to decide to fight or run... that takes the cake!

Pluto, that fat bastard can only be fought with the Silenced Pistol.
And if you don't have it, you're screwed. Because you cannot fight him without it.

Nah, we should only count BOWs specifically designed to be a Tyrant. So Teh Spike probably wouldnt count Neil, and the ultimate abyss? Is that Jack Norman's mutation? If so, he did resemble a tyrant quite a bit , but I I cant say that he was meant to be, could've been a random mutation from injecting T-abyss? Honestly Teh Spike needs to refresh his REV knowledge and flex that RE muscle.

Yeah that was Jack, my guess is since Tyrants are the end goal and since most viruses are related to T.
That anyone who bonds "properly" with a virus will become Tyrant like in appearance.
Which explains Neil and Jack, but i agree they weren't designed Tyrants so they shouldn't be counted.

Does anyone else have an opinion on this? TheBatMan perhaps? He always seems to have the most detailed information.

The thing with Norman is probably more of the host affecting and sort of dictating the mutation rather than whatever heinjected himself with being designed to turn him into a tyrant. Tyrants usually incubate in formaldehyde tubes dont they?

I can say something about the Tyrants in RE Survivor. It's not the ones you can't see that you worry about. Mostly because, if you cannot see something that isn't Hypnos, it can't touch you.
