I never saw any kind of sexual tension between them until Degeneration. You couldn't argue that it wasn't there especially at the end when Leon, Claire, and Angela were all talking on that cliff overlooking the WillPharma lab ruins. Ada has always been the most obvious choice for Leon. I think Claire's relationship with Steve was just an "in the moment" kind of deal. I think she definitely cared about him but I don't think she loved the guy.

I just watched Degeneration earlier today and I never picked up any sexual tension between them during any part of it. Claire even teases Leon about him "diving" with Angela. She doesn't even almost give a look or remark that she is put off by him and Angela kissing. Also, those are not ruins of WilPharma. Nothing on the outside of the building was harmed at all, except the poor little telephone.

Imagine if Irving was a brainwashed Steve. I wonder if Claire would go for that.

It's technically illegal but it happens all the time. Only the craziest of the crazies would report it. Like this one time, a girl I knew reported her 19 year old boyfriend for "raping" her. She was 17. He just made her mad somehow and because of the laws, and because her parents were crazy enough to back her up, he ended up as a registered sex offender. That sucks. He was a douche though.

It depends. There is too little information about it to clearly analyze how it would affect the world or someone that successfully bonded with it. Right now, we have not seen one person that has been able to successfully bond with Uruburos.
