I'm the Indiana dot. But that map in the spoiler doesn't have a dot anywhere near Indiana. Unless it refreshes itself in the spoiler.

No, I think he was Swiss. I used to crack jokes about his country being neutral in every conflict since the beginning of time, and Switzerland is the only neutral country I know of.
