Editing re 4 videos

Ive been playing with video editing stuff lately, and I found out that its really easy to use, or to follow tutorials

Adobe After Effects CS4 - I tried editing some stuff like in Leon and Krauser fight I added electric sparks and bolts during knife contact, I also added kind of smoke grenade when Krauser shows behind Leon in first scene... Anyway its excellent tool, but I fcked video later and didnt do anything actually... So I was thinking, why dont we, REF edit videos, add new music and sounds to game?

Hell there are tons of good sounds available free on internet
