| *WARNING Spoilers for both Revelations game in this thread*
You have been warned!
Both Revelations games have ended rather open ended with after credit scenes of the true villains not being caught. At the end of Revelations 1 we see Raymond and Jessica making some sort of trade off involving the T-Abyss virus which means it is most likely still being used in creating B.O.Ws and that the two are still at large. At the end of Revelations 2 we find out that Alex's experiment to take over Natalia's body was a success, or at least a partial success.
While both games provided a lot of fun showing what are protagonist were up to between the numbered titles, I believe the real goal was to set up the future of the series. With Albert Wesker out of the picture it feels like we have no lead antagonist in the series (where are you at Nicholai?). However after both Revelations we now have 2 lesser villains in Jessica and Raymond and a potential new lead antagonist in Alex.
How do you think the REverse will be impacted by the Revelations series? Do you think Alex will become the new Albert of the series? Also what type of role do you expect Moira to have going forward?

| i hated when Jessica survived just like that, cause I thought the plot was being enlarged needlessly, but rev 2 ending with Natalia smiling....i liked that. |

| I actually hope to see Moira take on a roll in the future. She is far less experienced than the others and could make for a better horror star. |

| I wanna see Alex come back but i also don't want to ruin Barry's happy ending. Oooh! i just had an idea what if Alex gets her mind forced out of Natalia only to escape into the computer as a sentient A.I. in Natalia's image, the Black Queen.
Then maybe an older Natalia could team up with Sherry to try and stop her. They'd be team genetically enhanced, BP would be used to level up their abilities. |

| I hope they tone down the genetically enhanced heroes. I want to play as plain old weaklings.. Like the unprepared STARS team or a rookie cop and college girl looking for her brother. I think that is part of what made the classics shine. Moira brought a bit of that to Revelations 2 and that was a nice change! |

It really does. While there is no need to tie a bunch of them up, I do want to know what is going on with certain characters. I am looking at you Nicholai. |

| Some people on the-horror.com (or The Horror Is Alive site) were complaining that they are sick of the global conspiracy plots and want back the formula of old. I don't know what to say, there. I think the series has gone on too long with guns and co-op, that a survival horror only release with minimal action would be hard to bring to a mainstream audience. |

Horror is very mainstream right now thanks to titles like Slenderman, Five Nights at Freddy's, Outlast and Alien Isolation to name a few. If Capcom releases a true horror game, I think the time should be now. |

Steve has acne, but they don't make acne cream for ghost. So while solving real world threats, Barry and Steve must also work together to come up with a solution for Steve's ectoplasmic (dermatology?) skin issues. |

Steve must also have to deal with being unable to be with Claire. She's too old for him now, and frankly, I don't think she'd want to be with an underage ghost. Hence, this whole idea fits better as a cartoon, or even a "Western Anime". |

We need to have a moment where Wesker shows up and Steve goes "Whatever happened to my body?" and he just goes "I sold it to find the bathrooms in the Raccoon City Police Department." |

| Hmm, maybe we should use this as the pitch for that TV series they are talking about.
This is not where I expected this thread to lead too.. In all fairness it sounds more intriguing than the current state of the live action movies. |

| Speaking of Revelations and the future, do you guys prefer Revelations' raid mode or Mercenaries mode? It seems like the play style of raid mode should promote more replay value, but have played no extra mode more than re5's Mercenaries. |

Eh, I never tried Raid, but it seems like it mixes slight RPG elements with the classic The Mercenaries (RE3 style) gameplay. Either way, I like anything entertaining enough to be fun. |

| Firstly, Teh Spike likes the open-ended endings for both REV's. Jessica's sweet ass, Raymond "the stick" Vester, and apparently alex in natalia's body. Teh Spike is still playing through. Kinda spoiled it for myself in ways and now im finding it difficult to even sit down amd play it...
Secondly, you guys are talking about Merc's and Raid, the two obvious choices at this point for extra minigames in RE. Let Teh Spike put it like this, both r equally cool, in different ways. Mercenaries is some good, unforgiving, action packed, killing enemies for sport within a time limit. The way Teh Spike plays its fast-paced and usually quite rewarding, 'cept for when you or partner die. Raid can be a nice cooperative experience as well, and repeatability is obvious with all of the upgrades and RPG elements. Plus abilities placed on enemies and weapons, i.e. you can put ice or fire rounds in your handgun or anything else. Or enemies that have elemental abilities as well as enhanced speed, strenght, size(large or small)...it can get pretty ridiculous. Btw there is a sword that can be used in REV2's Raid Mode. It belongs to the Cipher character and is used instead of the knife. And if you upgrade it, you can use it with any character!
P.s. Revelations 2 Raid has the best roster for any game or minigame in RE. Lemme explain, you get Claire, Barry, Chris, Jill, Leon, Wesker(Al and Alex), there's a sword. I mean, what more do you want?!
Also, this is random, but since RE loves cloning so much, why not make it so we have a Ricardo Irving clone. He woulda been a cool villian. Black market BOWs it hasnt been touched much. Alotta potential there |
