Well, had no trouble picking up my non-preordered copy of GTA5 today.

Preordering is for suckas, yo. I never had trouble picking up a game on launch.

Pre-ordering works if there is no game stores anywhere near you and you need to go to work. Now I can just come home and pick it up from my mail box after a hard day at work.

I'll admit, I'm a very cynical guy. I think everything is a conspiracy. My gripe with preorders,especially GameStop preorders, is the unreliability. I've heard the horror stories of people not getting their items until weeks later. I've actually talked the clerk into selling me someone's preorder a few times. That's f#%ked up.

I've had that happen once. Then there's a few times when they haven't shipped my product until the day of release. But, generally, it has alwasy been in my mailbox on release day OR in some cases a day before.

As for Gamestop, we have like three of those here and I never go there because it's ridiculously overpriced. I use Finnish online retailers.

A number of people were turned away at my GameStop because they didn't pre-order. What kind of turnout was there at the retailer you went to? There was at least 150 people at mine.

I actually didn't pre-order and I was pretty lucky to get my copy. I called up two gamestops and only one had four left. So when I finally got to my gamestop, there was a line when I got there and a line when I left, but I did get my copy.

so what does everyone who played the game think of it now my one problem with it is Michael family i want them all to die.



p.s maybe it time to change the thread name to gta chat or sumthing
