| You guys should play FFIX. Best FF game ever IMO, although IV, VI, VII and X are amazing too. - Mass Distraction wrote:

Knights of the Round summon helps . Anyway, welcome to the forums. |

| I do have KotR. I just opt not to use it. Kinda gave up when I lost to Emerald. I'll get back to that when I have time. |

| Yeah, I didn't use it either. It's just like Yojimbo's Zanmato in X, a bit cheap. I did beat the weapons though, it was hard as hell. I've also beaten Ozma, Penance and the Dark Aeons. Never did the FF8 optional bosses. I guess I didn't like the game enough to play it that much. |

I'm a Final Fantasy fan too. Still waiting for Versus and Bravely Default: Flying Fairy. Mostly versus. For another awesome rpg series, I'd recommend Disgaea. I love those games to no end. We also have a FF thread if you're interested: I'm waiting for Versus too . That game has potential to be a "game of the year", but the poor thing won't even give me a release date. I'd even be satisfied with a cover shot lol! At least I'd know the game still exists. Have you played XIV? I was tempted to purchase it at Walmart when it first came out, but after reading all those reviews shortly after; I'm glad I saved my money. Thanks for the link by the way. I'll be sure to check it out! - Mass Distraction wrote:

I'll end my post with this. Oh!!! I didn't know that!! Are they available online? (please say yes hahaha!!!) LOL! That theme was so awesome! Especially the victory music! Oooo I can't wait for the HD to come out for the PSN. :3 - ThomVD wrote:

It actually does still exist and is still in the making. With luck, we'll see it released this year. Here, have an article: [link] - Quote :

I've played quite a few FF games but I've never played the online games. - Quote :

Oh!!! I didn't know that!! Are they available online? (please say yes hahaha!!!) I'm not sure if you can read them online but you can get them fairly cheap from sites like eBay. Just search for the Resident Evil novels by S.D. Perry. Btw. Have you heard that they might do FF XIII-3? [link] |

| ^ Yeah. But, the domain doesn't mean there will be a XIII-3. If I remember correctly; I read an article saying NA's Square only registered it just in case. We'll see at E3 though. There's always a possibility that Versus could be renamed to XIII-3. In any case, I hope there isn't another part to this. The ending basically summarized the game to be - Spoiler:
an endless cycle. No matter what you do; you can't change the future. And also everybody died and Lightning turned to stone, so who would be the main characters in the next game?

| I still don´t understand that they might make 2 sequels of XIII when the game wasn´t popular at all. |

It tanked so hard in Japan. I'm asking the same question. |

| That's why I'd rather prefer DLC for XIII-2 then to wait another year for XIII-3. The sequel to XIII wasn't bad. I just think it could've been written a whole lot better. Also, to put a character who doesn't have that much game time as the cover is almost like false advertising. If there were to be another sequel despite the sales, I wouldn't be upset. I just won't be that excited. |
