It would seem intresting to play if you got bored, that's what we can conclude right?

It is on Gameboy Color, it is actually not very good, I was lucky enough to come across it at gamestop for 4.99, and I have started playing it, but it really just gets boring, I keep losing life, I have very litte ammo, so I avoid everysingle enemy, and I can never find any type of save spot, I just came across one the first time I steppe into an elevator. Here is the main BOW from Gaiden, it is capable of mimicing people, and the only way to really tell it apart is by it's blood which is green. The game actually has a nice cliffhanger ending where Leon, Barry & Lucia are going to finally escape and you can see a little cut on Leon's neck with green blood, it hasn't been explored, and even though the game is non-canon, I would love to see that explored.
Last scene is just exhausting.. after so long hours of gameplay the creature is not dead and it's Leon. The main boss is just pain in the ass.. if you don't have many weapons with many rounds you just can't kill him. Game just doesn't end every time you expect it to be the end after you complete another tough mission.. I played the game several times before I could finish it eventually... But the game itself is ok. May be it's too long for a GameBoy Color.

The boss fight is the only thing I did not like in this game and was the only time I had to cheat. With unlimited grenade launcher ammo it still seemed the boss wasn't going down. The cliffhanger ending I liked, though. Too bad there was never any sequels... Well, as of yet.

Yeah, it's a good purchase. A friend of mine got it for me, so I didn't have to bother with the online stuff, but it's still a fun game. Better if you have a Ps1 memory card, so you can save each run, getting all the different weapons. You can't save during the game, only after you beat it.

PS1 memory card... wait... what are you talking about
Since Survivor is a Ps1 game, you can't use a Ps2 memory card. Otherwise you'll have to play from beginning to end, without turning it off, so all in one sitting, and not being able to save....that's the way I've done it.
I do have a Ps1 memory card now though, I should play Survivor sometime soon.

But Gaiden though, I don't actually have the case, I've only got the catridge....still a great addition to my collection, but I would enjoy having the case.
If I have the extra money, then I might just buy another copy, for the case.
