Don't feel bad, last I remember, Nite hadn't completed RE0, which in it's own right, is probably the other hardest RE game, right next to CVX.

I haven't beat Gaiden yet....

That and RE0 both. I can't really think of any that I would compare to those. Maybe Outbreak File#2.

I personally thought CVX is one of the easier RE games. RE0 was the hardest for me. CVX gave you plenty of ammo, the zombies were easy to dodge and the puzzles were pretty easy. It's also one of my favorites.

If REmake and Zer0 ever get HD remastered versions they would most likely be WII U exclusive. Just sayin'.

2 and 3 on the other hand, it wouldn't make much good to port them in HD. It's just a resolution. It's funny how people on YT are crying because CVX "remake" looks like crap. 2 & 3 need legitimate remakes.

Yeah, HD remaking PS1 games is never a good idea. That's why they chose RE4 and CVX and why the SH and MGS collection didn't have the original and probably the reason why they don't HD remake FF7, 8 or 9. If they would remake a PS1 game, they need to start from scratch.

Meaning they'd have to do exactly what they did with REmake. Just pointing this out to all who were still confused.

Not to me. Especially if you've already played the original Resident Evil. I feel like the REmake is an RE game people need to play if they haven't played the original.

No. It has enough changes to make it interesting even for those who played the shit out of the original and it has aditional story. It's in my opinion the only real scary RE game, it's pretty challenging and overall it's the best RE game ever IMO. It's just so good. Even one of my favorite games ever. It feels like a other game than the original.

No situation makes you ever screwed. The Knife in CVX is god. Use it, my young Padawan. Just DON'T do what people on youtube do and try and hit him twice when he is recoiling from his smashing attack.

I feel the same way. Two games is not enough incentive for me to get a whole new console.

Sorry but Nintendo still has the exclusivity deal on those ones :/ Same goes for the Chronicles series, I guess.

In just about every RE game when I start I immediately take the knife and store it in my item box for the rest of the game. It just takes up inventory space. The only RE game where it's kinda useful is CVX but in the first few games it's near useless.

Gaiden. The knife is like the best weapon in that game. Only in that game, though. Maybe in CR, too.

It's mainly the best weapon because of the gameplay in that game. lol

Well I think I'm truly screwed. I'm at the same part as Jamesy and I only have handgun ammo and two first aid sprays and no knife. I have no idea what to do.
